没货回复参考：
I would respond with something like "Oh I’m sorry, we don't sell that product here."
I would add suggestions of a similar product we do sell (such as "Oh, we, unfortunately, don't sell that particular brand of coffee maker, but we do have this brand which is similar if you wish to consider it")
Or if we don't have anything remotely similar, I'd suggest other retailers (as much as I'd hate to send them elsewhere) that might have what they seek.
